Fighting Covid-19 in Iran has been hard for doctors. The country has recorded more than 50,000 deaths and over a million cases from the virus, as doctors have had to make do with limited resources and equipment available under the renewed US sanctions and President Donald Trump’s maximum pressure campaign.
